Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter expert for designated United Concordia dental applications

• Assist in daily production operations

• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to investigate issues

• Clarify specifications and identify root causes related to data, configuration, and system behavior

• Address production incidents and escalations

• Offer insights on anticipated application performance

• Aid in defining and validating testing scenarios

• Examine and confirm system modifications in test environments

• Work in partnership with United Concordia to guarantee that changes align with business expectations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT

• Preferred 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

• Preferred 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance sector

• Preferred 1 - 3 years of experience in the Healthcare sector

• Required: None

• Preferred: Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

• Preferred: Familiarity with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
