Business System Analyst – Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CRM

• Position: Business Systems Analyst – CRM specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud

• Work Location: Remote - Operating in EST/CST time zones

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Relevant Experience: REQUIRED

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Medical Device sector or healthcare field, particularly in establishing and enhancing CRM, e-commerce, and portal systems within a regulated environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience is preferred)

• Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is REQUIRED

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for managing stakeholder issues and requests

• Background in designing and supporting digital portals (for customers, partners, or employees)

• Knowledge of analytics

• Ability to convey technical information to various audiences (translating between technical and non-technical language)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Project management skills (experience with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence is a plus)

• Experience in integrating e-commerce, portal, and CRM systems

• At least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
