β’ Records issues in Salesforce and proposes solutions.
β’ Remains informed about Meevo product knowledge and internal business operations.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or Associate's degree is preferred.
β’ Dependable Internet Service Provider is essential.
β’ Outstanding communication skills are a must.
β’ 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
β’ Proficient with technology.
β’ Experience with Salesforce is an advantage!
