This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Analysis and optimization of operational processes in the spare parts sector to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
β’ Support in achieving sales objectives as well as planning and executing market-driven sales activities.
β’ Monitoring and evaluation of sales metrics, including the identification of growth and optimization potential.
β’ Conducting market and data analyses and actively working with CRM systems for lead and customer management.
β’ Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through visits, managing key accounts, and continuous feedback management.
β’ Assisting with marketing and sales initiatives, including campaign management, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
β’ Passion for digital processes and modern technologies.
β’ Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
β’ Strong communication skills along with a confident and professional demeanor.
β’ Willingness to travel and enjoyment of collaborating with partner businesses.
β’ Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is advantageous.
β’ Ideally, some professional experience in the automotive industry, in parts trading, or in a workshop environment, e.g., as a service advisor, parts department employee, workshop manager, service technician, mechatronics engineer, or bodywork technician (m/f/d).
