Business Strategist – AI Foundation Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop analytical and financial models that measure the business impact of AI capabilities throughout Autodesk’s platform and industry sectors.

• Create forecasts regarding AI adoption, usage, revenue impact, and strategic long-term planning.

• Formulate business cases and provide decision-ready analyses to steer investment, prioritization, and leadership evaluations.

• Analyze and optimize the economics of inference costs (COGS), focusing on GPU utilization, cloud strategy, and scaling factors.

• Convert product telemetry into actionable insights that support monetization, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities across industries.

• Prepare executive- and Board-ready presentations, narratives, and slide materials that effectively convey strategic recommendations, investment plans, and business priorities with clarity and influence.

• Assist in developing repeatable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tools that facilitate data-driven execution across Product, Finance, and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, management consulting, or a comparable analytical role.

• Proficient financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel required; familiarity with SQL/Python is preferred).

• Capability to develop structured, executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives (Management consulting-style PowerPoint decks).

• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create frameworks from the ground up.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear insights.
