This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Identify and generate leads independently through cold calling, in-person visits, and innovative outreach methods.
• Engage with business owners and key decision-makers in the field, with over 80% of time spent outside the office.
• Assess customer requirements and provide customized solutions based on our offerings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Maintain a steady sales pipeline and follow up consistently to ensure ongoing progress.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, monitor activities, and guarantee effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adjust to evolving team dynamics and sales objectives as IdeaTek expands.
• Achieve or surpass individual monthly sales goals.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities—professional, clear, and confident.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and focused on achieving results.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions and a clean driving record.
