This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent is our priority. We emphasize quality over quantity and collaborate closely with our stakeholders to evaluate the market, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Designing processes that prioritize the highest standards of hiring as we grow.

• Collaborating with departmental leaders and hiring managers to thoroughly define requirements.

• Leveraging data from Ashby to inform recommendations and modify hiring practices as necessary.

• Concentrating on quality and alignment at the ideal volume to achieve our objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history as a Go-To-Market Recruiter, specializing in areas such as G&A or Customer Success, within a B2B SaaS company for a significant part of your career.

• Experience working autonomously and leading searches from beginning to end. We prioritize skill over tenure, but you should possess a solid foundation of experience that helps you establish immediate credibility with technical leadership.

• A data-driven approach to optimizing workflows while balancing diversity, quality, and volume.

• Proven ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies that set our talent pipelines apart from traditional inbound attraction and referrals.
