This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in the configuration of benefits and quality assurance for MedImpact’s PBM programs.

• Oversee intricate validation efforts and manage quality and compliance review activities.

• Ensure that configurations, operational processes, and deliverables align with client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.

• Promote continuous improvement, mentor analysts, and collaborate across various functions.

• Direct the design, execution, and supervision of complex configuration validation activities.

• Confirm the accuracy of configurations for ongoing business, new client implementations, regulatory updates, and special projects.

• Authorize configuration design plans for complex or unique benefit requests.

• Create, enhance, and implement quality assurance procedures to guarantee operational compliance.

• Lead projects focused on quality and compliance reviews, including the execution of tests and documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience.

• Prior experience in writing SQL queries.

• Experience with Automation Testing, File Transfer Protocol, and UNIX is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, MS Access, and Project at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL querying.

• Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies and their practical application.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Healthcare, Managed Care, Government Programs, or PBM Quality is preferred.
