This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
β’ Perform self-audits aligned with regulatory standards on manual transactions and customer-related activities within Operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates, internal controls, and established procedures.
β’ Detect process discrepancies, emerging trends, and escalate findings with comprehensive documentation.
β’ Keep audit-ready documentation, evidence, and artifacts available to facilitate internal reviews, compliance inquiries, and regulator investigations.
β’ Collaborate with Senior Specialists and Operations to confirm process accuracy and identify ways to enhance controls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
β’ Sustain process documentation, control narratives, and supporting materials to guarantee consistency and traceability across various teams.
β’ Track regulatory updates, guidance, and enforcement trends relevant to Operations and customer protection, in conjunction with the Senior Specialist.
β’ Offer clear, actionable recommendations to Operations and Knowledge Management teams regarding regulatory-driven changes in processes.
β’ Act as a liaison for Internal Audit by supplying process documentation, control mappings, and evidence of execution.
β’ Assist Compliance initiatives by evaluating proposed process improvements and their potential impacts on regulatory compliance and customer protection.
β’ Ensure that audit and compliance requests are handled accurately, consistently, and within the stipulated timeframes.
β’ Function as a connector between Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Knowledge Management to foster a shared understanding of regulatory expectations and process accountability.
β’ Experience in operational processes within a regulated environment, ideally in gaming, financial services, or another highly regulated sector.
β’ Familiarity with internal controls, audit principles, and concepts of regulatory compliance.
β’ Demonstrated capability to collaborate across functions with Operations, Compliance, and Audit teams.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interpret regulatory requirements into operationally actionable directives.
