Business Product Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify needs, processes, and use cases by vertical, pinpointing opportunities where AI agents can create impact.

• Translate business challenges into clear, prioritized, and actionable product requirements.

• Design and validate ROI models to illustrate the financial impact of Jelou's solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure solutions address real business issues.

• Represent the voice of the customer and partner in product and roadmap discussions.

• Develop frameworks, tools, and materials to enable Sales and Customer Success to communicate and demonstrate business value.

• Analyze the performance of AI agents post-implementation and identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and ROI improvement.

• Recognize patterns among clients and verticals to transform insights into scalable solutions.

• Construct and advocate for business cases using financial and operational metrics.

• Measure and communicate the value generated by implemented solutions.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Product, Business Consulting, Strategy, Business Analysis, or similar roles in B2B environments.

• Experience in understanding business processes and translating complex needs into technological solutions.

• Strong analytical and financial skills to build, model, and defend ROI cases.

• Proven experience collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Ability to comprehend metrics such as CAC, LTV, revenue, conversion, productivity, and operational cost reduction.

• Ownership mentality, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and conversational.
