• Conduct user interviews, establish use cases, and document user journeys along with their pain points.
• Collect, validate, and convert business and system requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Identify issues, assess solutions, and offer recommendations.
• Analyze revenue cycle workflows to enhance claim acceptance and expedite reimbursement timelines.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through analysis of trends and performance metrics.
• Convey insights, potential risks, and recommendations to stakeholders across various levels.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to promote efficiency and scalability.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 2–5+ years of experience in business or product analysis.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced AI usage and team management with AI tools.
