Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Kaizen Events: Lead and oversee kaizen event workshops to outline and design the ideal state of processes.

• Analyze and Improve Processes: Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to perform comprehensive analyses of designed processes.

• Project Management: Assume responsibility for process improvement projects from their inception through to completion.

• Robust Reporting & Insights: Collaborate closely with the CX Insights team to create and implement measurement systems that effectively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other pertinent metrics.

• Operational Readiness: Evaluate and confirm that all systems, processes, and technologies are fully operational and prepared for deployment prior to the go-live date.

• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering ongoing enhancements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analyses to identify and resolve issues that emerge during DDI projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required, ideally in a healthcare or STEM field.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives, preferably within a large-scale, complex environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional project management skills, and the capability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and kaizen events.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, process mapping, and statistical software.

• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence (BI) visualization tools.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
