Business Process Automation Practice Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the identification and resolution of new automation opportunities alongside sales teams.

• Outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for BPA projects.

• Manage client communications with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment.

• Supervise the complete delivery of automation programs from initiation to completion.

• Develop standardized methodologies, reusable components, and best practices.

• Evaluate project outcomes and promote continuous improvement throughout engagements.

• Approve Statements of Work in collaboration with leadership.

• Oversee resource allocation and guarantee that projects adhere to budget and timeline objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in BPA, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience leading automation practices or large-scale projects.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise RPA tools and process optimization.

• Background in client-facing roles with management of senior stakeholders.

• Proven history of delivering complex automation programs on schedule and within budget.
