Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Take part in a 10-week training program for ServiceNow Business Process Consultants.

• Engage in practical exercises centered on business process analysis and the ServiceNow platform.

• Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and design processes effectively.

• Assist in the documentation of processes and identify areas for improvement in internal ServiceNow applications.

• Prepare for ServiceNow certification exams and complete relevant study programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise setting.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving competencies.

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) is mandatory.

• A second ServiceNow certification (CIS, CAD, etc.) is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
