This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, mentor, and provide support to a small team of Onboarding Executives.
• Oversee resource planning to align with business demands and prioritize onboarding tasks.
• Create and continuously enhance onboarding procedures, governance, reporting, and tracking systems.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure accountability for key milestones and deadlines.
• Meet with new franchise owners in person to discuss onboarding needs and monitor progress.
• Ensure all operational, compliance, IT, and business readiness criteria are satisfied prior to launch day.
• Track onboarding performance and provide insights to foster improved outcomes.
• Contribute to the expansion of Jensten's franchise network by managing the complete onboarding journey.
• Ensure that new franchise businesses are fully operational, compliant, and positioned for success from day one.
• Experience in a regulated environment is essential.
• Strong grasp of governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a capacity to utilize data for decision-making and improvement.
• Experience in professional services, insurance, financial services, or a similar regulated sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity is ideal.
• Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Confident in making decisions and taking ownership of results.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in operational delivery, onboarding, implementation, or mobilisation roles is a plus.
• Naturally inquisitive and solution-oriented mindset.
• A passion for refining processes and providing an outstanding onboarding experience.
