Business Model Innovation Coach – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will conduct 30–40 structured 1-hour workshops with entrepreneurs each month — online, focused, and efficient.

• You will quickly get acquainted with various business models and industries, swiftly identifying potential opportunities.

• You will collaboratively refine clients’ offerings, emphasizing product-market fit.

• You will mentor entrepreneurs to expand their thinking beyond current offerings and uncover new possibilities.

• You will simplify complex discussions into clear, actionable points and present the outcomes in a structured manner.

• You will guarantee that each consultation results in a tangible outcome with well-defined goals, approaches, and added value.

• You will thoroughly learn the ZWW system and the criteria related to subsidized business consulting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of German.

• Capability to clarify complex issues and articulate them precisely.

• Positive, engaging demeanor with a passion for working with people.

• Proficient in actively facilitating workshops and achieving concrete results.

• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly assimilate new topics and business models.

• Understanding of business models, offerings, and market dynamics.

• Familiar with frameworks like Business Model Generation and Value Proposition Design or similar methodologies.

• Confident in communicating with entrepreneurs.

• Experience in coaching, facilitation, consulting, innovation, or offer development is advantageous.

• A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, innovation management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
