This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Demonstrates a strong dedication to exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for every customer.
• Achieves or surpasses all financial objectives as outlined by the Company.
• Presents all finance protection products to each customer using a menu, and documents when customers opt out of coverage.
• Aids the sales desk in structuring deals to enhance approval rates and profitability.
• Chooses the right lender, secures the necessary approval, gains customer commitment, and completes the delivery process.
• Gathers all lender stipulations before delivery to confirm a cashable contract.
• Oversees the placement of finance contracts to optimize finance gross while adhering to corporate initiatives.
• Complies with all business office procedures and workflows.
• Manages contracts-in-transit (CIT) to ensure timely funding, while maintaining consistent communication among the dealership, customer, and WRFS.
• Monitors and tracks finance gross per vehicle retailed (PVR), product penetration, and lender penetration.
• Organizes scheduling to ensure sufficient customer coverage.
• Engages in sales meetings and training sessions related to finance training and procedural matters.
• Supports General Managers, Boat Sales Managers, and Regional Operations Managers in training Business Assistants and the sales team.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Completes required annual compliance certification.
• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance.
• Certificate(s) or License(s): Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Years of experience: 3-5 years of F&I experience, preferably within the recreational power sports sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, establishing effective working relationships with vendors, customers, co-workers, and Base Camp Team members.
• Comprehensive understanding of all Finance and Insurance products.
• Strong mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts, as well as interpret various financial, legal, and technical information.
• Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Proficient in conducting meetings and presentations for groups.
• Exhibits a positive leadership approach when communicating with outfitters and managers, welcoming feedback for company enhancement.
• Ability to coach and train team members on systems and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on root cause analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, AppOne, and database management systems.
