• Utilizing advanced knowledge of the role typically acquired through higher education and relevant work experience.

• Formulating long-term strategic plans and business development initiatives.

• Assisting in the creation of recommendations and strategies for operational enhancements.

• Evaluating metrics to measure the effectiveness of newly implemented strategies.

• Recognizing growth opportunities, innovating business models, and facilitating initiatives across various business units.

• Conducting evaluations and financial modeling for potential mergers, acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and joint ventures.

• Keeping track of medium to long-term business trends and outlooks, while gathering competitive intelligence.

• Identifying and developing optimal revenue models, sales and distribution channels, pricing strategies, and new product development approaches.

• Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, including financial arrangements, customer sharing, and intellectual property rights.

• Prioritizing and monitoring investments across new product development projects.

• Managing projects and processes independently with minimal supervision.
