📋 Description

• Create comprehensive analytical models to assess the customer lifecycle.

• Utilize outputs from machine learning models to enhance predictive analytics and decision-making frameworks.

• Construct sophisticated segmentation models through clustering techniques and behavioral feature engineering.

• Conduct in-depth funnel analyses using event-level data to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

• Develop and assess experimentation frameworks with a strong statistical foundation.

• Establish data pipelines for analytics applications utilizing SQL and Python.

• Manage extensive datasets from various sources.

• Implement attribution modeling techniques to assess marketing effectiveness.

• Convert intricate datasets and model outputs into clear, actionable business insights.

• Automate routine analyses and reporting processes using Python and workflow orchestration tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL with a proven track record of querying and transforming large datasets.

• Advanced Python capabilities for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and statsmodels.

• Experience in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.

• Familiar with machine learning principles and the interpretation of model outputs.

• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.

• Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and GA4.

• Strong grasp of cohort analysis, retention curves, lifetime value modeling, and funnel optimization.

• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.

• Understanding of marketing analytics concepts including ROI, ROAS, and attribution models.

• Capable of working with semi-structured and event-driven data.
