Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven agents, workflows, and automations utilizing contemporary AI platforms.

• Construct structured prompts and directives to generate precise, business-ready AI results.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and real-time data sources.

• Quickly prototype, test, and refine solutions based on user feedback and business results.

• Incorporate Generative AI into essential workflows within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

• Take responsibility for the delivery process from solution design to production handoff, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams as necessary.

• Prepare and manage structured data that fuels AI solutions, employing SQL to extract, filter, and aggregate enterprise data.

• Design and execute ETL/ELT pipelines that connect various data sources, ensuring AI solutions operate on up-to-date, reliable data.

• Utilize basic Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to clean, transform, and prepare datasets essential for your AI solutions.

• Streamline business workflows using Power Automate or comparable platforms.

• Facilitate AI-generated insights through aligned datasets and reporting outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or knowledge-based integrations.

• Practical experience in independently designing and constructing end-to-end AI solutions, including workflows, custom agents, or AI-powered applications.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar large language model tools.

• Strong grasp of large language models, prompting, and grounding techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver AI solutions from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with low-code platforms, such as Power Apps or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of data security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
