Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders.

• Evaluate clinic performance indicators (such as patient volume, revenue, throughput, and staffing efficiency).

• Deliver customized and actionable insights to enhance operational performance across both franchised and corporate clinics.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting systems.

• Serve as a liaison between clinical field operators and technical analytics teams.

• Collect and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders.

• Convert operational needs into clear technical specifications for BI developers and data engineers.

• Communicate findings and insights through a straightforward and engaging data and impact narrative.

• Oversee multiple BI-related projects concurrently, from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Identify potential risks and escalate issues as required.

• Oversee and prioritize incoming analytics requests through ticketing systems.

• Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.

• Maintain documentation and status updates for all ongoing requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Power BI.

• Strong SQL proficiency with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred).

• Experience utilizing ticketing systems, including Monday.com and Azure DevOps.
