Business Integration Consultant – Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client implementation processes by taking charge of workstream delivery.

• Collaborate and consult with project teams to ensure successful outcomes.

• Implement the established strategy for the designated work portfolio.

• Foster positive relationships with clients until the transition to Client Engagement occurs.

• Manage partnerships with external consultants and businesses.

• Lead implementation and project kickoff meetings, along with issue resolution sessions.

• Mentor, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills.

• Keep process documentation updated and uphold best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study.

• 7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a relevant area.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.

• Capable of addressing complex business needs effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple large-scale projects at the same time.
