This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The Business Growth Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Business Unit’s efforts in business development and capture through administrative coordination, pipeline management, and proposal support activities.
• This position serves as an excellent entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual eager to establish a career in government contracting and business development.
• The administrator collaborates closely with senior BD staff, program managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of BD activities.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the internal CRM to guarantee the accuracy of opportunity data, including additions, modifications, and deletions.
• Evaluates standard opportunity sources and ingestion points (GovWin, SAM.gov, agency portals, etc.) to discover and record new opportunities for the pipeline.
• Compiles and disseminates pipeline reports and status updates to facilitate regular pipeline review meetings.
• Monitors GWAC/IDIQ portals (e.g., GSA MAS, VETS 2, and other vehicle portals) for task order opportunities, JV postings, and relevant compliance updates.
• Aids in preparing data call responses for opportunities where the company acts as a subcontractor.
• Arranges and supports BD meetings, including pipeline reviews, solutioning sessions, proposal kickoffs, and industry days — drafting agendas and documenting notes/action items.
• A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Business, Communications, English, Political Science, or a related field).
• 0–1 year of professional experience; internship experience in government contracting, proposal support, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
