This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for incoming leads, guaranteeing an outstanding prospect experience from the initial inquiry to the signed contract.
• Collaborate strategically with the outbound sales executive to refine processes and share best practices.
• Diligently identify and confirm Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to focus on pursuing high-fit, sustainable partnerships.
• Implement and enhance a defined sales methodology based on the Win Without Pitching and Tim Williams frameworks.
• Foster a culture of "clean-data" management.
• Oversee pipeline hygiene, lead enrichment, and ensure that every interaction is accurately recorded in the CRM.
• Utilize data visualization to convey the health of the pipeline and provide the executive team with precise forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to offer real-time insights on lead quality.
• Partner with the Director of Growth to refine foundational sales processes, materials, and funnels driven by data-backed insights.
• Work hand-in-hand with Department Leads to ensure that all proposals maintain consistent pricing, current product offerings, and achievable deliverables.
• Manage the RFP process alongside the executive team, ensuring timely delivery and a cohesive, high-standard output.
• Demonstrated experience in value-based sales methodologies (such as Win Without Pitching, David C. Baker, or similar frameworks).
• Proficient in CRM management (Pipedrive).
• Ability to analyze digital marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rates) and convert them into business opportunities.
• Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector, including knowledge of ADR, occupancy trends, and the challenges faced by independent hotels.
• Excellent presentation skills with the capability to lead discussions with senior hotel stakeholders and executive teams.
• Strong research skills and a dedication to maintaining a "clean" pipeline management approach.
