This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform comprehensive market research and competitive evaluations within the international remittance and payments sector across key regions.
• Develop and execute successful lead generation strategies.
• Craft engaging and tailored presentations to effectively convey Remitee’s value proposition to prospective clients.
• Assist in the proactive management of current client accounts, spotting opportunities to enhance service and strengthen relationships.
• Formulate strategies to improve customer experience and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Treasury teams to guarantee seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Utilize internal data sources to derive insights and prioritize service improvements.
• Employ analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to produce reports, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in comparable roles within the fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet sectors (preferred).
• Experience in developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the US is an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, including Power BI and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
