This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage in outreach efforts to key accounts within designated regions.
• Organize and provide reports on project debrief sessions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients in the geotechnical and environmental fields.
• Develop regional client newsletters and coordinate demonstrations or training sessions.
• Represent ConeTec at conferences, workshops, and industry association events.
• Assist Regional Managers with project follow-ups and business development planning.
• Monitor business development activities using Salesforce or other dashboards.
• Arrange and coordinate client capability presentations.
• Shadow Regional Managers and the business development team for the initial 60 days to grasp content and presentation techniques.
• Aid in maintaining and customizing capability decks in collaboration with marketing.
• Articulate ConeTec’s services effectively at a high level.
• Participate in local and regional industry events.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or geology.
• Preferred experience in civil engineering, geotechnical, or geology sectors.
• Strong communication skills with industry clients and engineers.
• Field experience in the industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
