This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify, develop, and implement commercial agreements in new sectors: Understand the needs of various segments and adjust the Speedcast product suite accordingly, collaborating with relevant internal teams to create valuable commercial and product solutions.
• Take primary responsibility for pursuing leads within assigned sectors and for generating new leads beyond existing lead generation initiatives.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements in line with company policies and procedures, in consultation with Legal, Finance, Product, and Business Development leadership.
• Close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Proven ability to effectively position and sell a comprehensive range of communication services to enterprise clients.
• Innovative mindset, capable of solving problems creatively with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to perform well under pressure while managing workload and multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of successful experience in Enterprise Sales or Business Development.
• Proven track record of securing new business.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced communication services, including SD-WAN, Edge Computing, and cybersecurity solutions.
