This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as prospects.
• Outbound Outreach: Create and implement tailored outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers.
• Pipeline Management: Keep CRM records updated with lead activities, interactions, and progress.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize outreach efforts and enhance lead conversion.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with prospects to foster relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Market Insights: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to effectively tailor sales messaging.
• Execute ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a staffing or recruiting agency.
• Professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Exceptional sales knowledge, interpersonal problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Consistent access to a computer with a reliable, high-speed Internet connection.
• Previous experience working overnight or graveyard shifts.
