This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Supervise a team of 7β9 Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
β’ Guide and mentor BDRs through individual meetings and call evaluations
β’ Take charge of ramp-up processes and performance management
β’ Propel the collaboration between Account Executives (AE) and BDRs
β’ Collaborate with the Head of Sales Development
β’ Work across departments with Account Executives, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement
β’ Recruit and onboard new BDRs
β’ Previous experience as a BDR or Sales Development Representative (SDR)
β’ Prior experience in a leadership role for a BDR or SDR team
β’ Proven history of coaching representatives to meet quotas
β’ Background in fintech is highly preferred
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
β’ Naturally collaborative working style across functions
β’ Excellent communication skills with a focus on coaching
