This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create qualified leads
β’ Identify and analyze target companies within key sectors
β’ Assess both inbound and outbound leads in accordance with ICP criteria
β’ Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
β’ Keep precise records of outreach efforts and pipeline activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
β’ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and campaigns
β’ Regularly meet or surpass monthly KPIs (meetings scheduled, conversion rates, pipeline generated)
β’ Demonstrated experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment scheduling
β’ Background in selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
β’ Excellent communication and persuasive abilities in English (both written and spoken)
β’ Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
β’ Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
