This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to qualified retail leads familiar with kratom β including convenience stores, smoke shops, and head shops β and secure initial orders via the B2B Shopify platform.
β’ Oversee each lead from the initial contact through to closing, diligently logging all activities in the CRM with precision. Your pipeline is integral to your success.
β’ Maintain a consistent, high-output daily call activity. This role focuses on results through volume β you should be comfortable making 80β100+ calls daily.
β’ If a prospect requests a callback for the following week β ensure you follow up as promised. Consistent follow-up distinguishes a good representative from a great one.
β’ Introduce new accounts to the complete VivaZen product range. Successfully closing on one SKU should be seen as a starting point, not the limit.
β’ Achieve and maintain over 90% accuracy in the CRM regarding all call activities, lead stages, and order entries. Your data represents your business portfolio.
β’ Collaborate with Coral and Colin to enhance your closing rate, refine your sales pitch, and fast-track your success towards the Order Desk.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or call center roles β required.
β’ Proven capability to handle a high volume of calls (80β100+ outbound dials per day).
β’ Preference for candidates in Central or West Coast time zones; Eastern time zone candidates will be considered if exceptional.
β’ Experience selling to retail or wholesale accounts over the phone.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems β Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar; should be able to independently manage a sales pipeline.
β’ Resilience and determination are essential β kratom retail accounts (c-stores, smoke shops, head shops) can be challenging to reach; you must navigate objections and unavailability while maintaining momentum.
β’ Self-motivated, accountable, and driven β remote work is an opportunity to excel, not just to work sporadically.
β’ Understanding of and agreement with the 1099 independent contractor classification is required.
β’ A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ Reliable home office setup: computer, high-speed internet, dedicated phone.
