This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in high-volume cold calls and qualify inbound leads.
• Develop and execute outstanding outreach strategies via email and LinkedIn.
• Take ownership of the meeting booking process and generate pipeline through both inbound and outbound methods.
• Collaborate closely on our inbound strategy, partnering with sales and marketing to boost inbound business opportunities.
• Perform targeted, insight-driven discovery to identify a prospect's role, context, challenges, and timelines.
• Cultivate a network of industry leaders, building relationships within our market and sharing Fellow's advancements.
• Participate in regular industry events, representing Fellow at various conferences.
• Master the art of conveying the Fellow narrative and clearly articulating our value proposition.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in a Business Development position.
• Demonstrated success as a top performer.
• Self-motivated, independent individual with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to seek feedback, enhance skills, and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong ambition and drive — aiming for high aspirations, a competitive spirit, and rapid career advancement.
• Meticulous attention to detail — we prioritize delivering high-quality work over mere volume.
