This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Inbound Lead Management: Engage in prompt follow-up and qualification of inbound marketing leads and demo requests according to our defined SLAs.
• Event and Webinar Support: Assist in boosting attendance and fostering engagement for marketing-led events and webinars.
• Sales Execution: Sustain standard activity metrics related to outbound efforts, meetings conducted, and conversion of pipeline into opportunities.
• Sales Operations: Oversee and report on your sales activities using Thought Industries’ CRM system.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of prior B2B SaaS Sales Experience
• Strong business acumen
• Comfortable communicating with potential and current customers via phone and video
• Capability to identify and qualify sales leads based on specified criteria
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Previous knowledge of the Learning Technology sector is advantageous
• Experience with SalesForce, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace is mandatory
• Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus
