This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of generating top-of-funnel pipeline across New England through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and various outbound channels — with cold calling being the primary method for pipeline generation on this team (but you are encouraged to demonstrate alternative strategies).
• Create and experiment with innovative outbound campaigns and market-development initiatives to broaden our reach beyond conventional prospecting.
• Forge relationships with potential customers, local partners, associations, and installers who can help enhance our market presence.
• Represent Runwise at industry events and local networking groups pertinent to the real estate and property management sectors.
• Become the go-to expert on New England — focusing on key accounts, buyer dynamics, local trends, and effective strategies.
• Ensure robust pipeline hygiene and maintain clear territory visibility within Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in SaaS, technology, or another B2B sector.
• Strong outbound prospecting abilities and confidence in engaging prospects through multiple channels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where processes are still being developed.
• Capable of working autonomously, managing time effectively, and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and sound commercial acumen.
• A curious mindset, resilience, and openness to trying new concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar applications.
