This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will gain insights into the HPC market to enhance customer engagement during sales interactions. Navigating a complex technology and understanding customer personas will be demanding, but it will prepare you for success in your future career, as mastering a highly technical product like Rescale equips you to sell anything.
• You will develop a strong capability to articulate the HPC market. Learning to convey intricate concepts in a straightforward and comprehensible manner will serve as a valuable skill throughout your career.
• You will consistently meet quarterly quotas based on the number of meetings held and qualified opportunities. Achieving your quota for meetings will create a pipeline of introductions for our Account Executives, contributing to our AE team closing deals and helping Rescale reach our annual revenue targets.
• You will be adept at demonstrating Rescale’s platform and services to customers.
• You will maintain a consistent quota attainment of 90+% and oversee a wallet pipeline of $900,000 within nine months. Achieving this level of quota success, when replicated across the BDR team, is crucial for our company's overall success.
• 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in identifying and targeting new prospects.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing marketplace.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
• Maintain precise client communication via email and telephone.
• Exhibit professionalism and positivity in all interactions with prospects, customers, and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
• Successful track record in new account development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Proven success in developing new accounts and penetrating new markets.
• Consistent over-achievement in previous roles. Technically skilled, self-directed, and results-focused. We aspire to develop future Account Executives from our BDR team!
