This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage in proactive outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn (making 60–80+ dials daily as part of a multi-channel effort)
• Research target accounts to create high-quality prospect lists utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
• Navigate through gatekeepers, connect with decision-makers, and steer conversations with clear, value-focused messaging
• Effectively qualify prospects based on their needs, urgency, stakeholders, and purchasing processes
• Ensure impeccable CRM maintenance in HubSpot—clean data leads to precise forecasting and accurate commission tracking
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, objection handling, and talk tracks to enhance conversion rates
• Compete for monthly and quarterly bonuses as a leading meeting setter
• Collaborate with AEs and monitor pipeline conversion to assess the impact of your SQL quality
• 1.5–2+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales position within the B2B SaaS or technology sector
• Demonstrated ability to create new pipeline through cold outreach (please bring your metrics)
• Strong phone presence coupled with effective discovery skills
• Experience in efficiently qualifying prospects
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.
• Consistent history of meeting or surpassing quotas (be prepared to discuss your metrics, we are interested in seeing them)
