This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Schedule qualified meetings with key decision-makers in Admissions, Enrollment, Registrar, Transfer, Advising, and Student Success at various colleges and universities.
β’ Create and uphold targeted account lists that align with EdVisorly's ideal customer profile.
β’ Interpret enrollment trends, policy modifications, and market indicators into tailored and compelling outreach efforts.
β’ Implement multi-channel outbound strategies (email, cold calling, LinkedIn) with discipline and consistency.
β’ Ensure 100% accuracy in CRM records and participate in pipeline reviews alongside the Director of Partnerships.
β’ Provide market insights back to Marketing and Partnerships to refine our go-to-market approach.
β’ Assist in developing scalable prospecting playbooks and workflows.
β’ Transform inbound leads from webinars, conferences, campaigns, and referrals into qualified meetings in collaboration with the Partnerships and Marketing teams.
β’ Connect with decision-makers in Admissions, Enrollment Management, Registrar, Transfer, Advising, and Student Success roles at colleges and universities across the nation.
β’ You possess 1β2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, admissions, enrollment, fundraising, recruiting, or a similar high-accountability outbound position.
β’ You are an outstanding written communicator, crafting concise and personalized messages that capture the attention of busy higher education leaders.
β’ You are driven, self-motivated, and resilient, thriving on measurable goals and clear feedback mechanisms.
β’ You have excellent organizational skills, ensuring strong CRM practices, consistent follow-through, and disciplined daily execution.
β’ You are comfortable utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for research, customization, and enhancing productivity.
β’ You are an efficient asynchronous communicator who excels in a fast-paced remote work environment.
