This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develops new, lucrative financial partnerships, concentrating on commercial real estate lending.
• Delivers consistent, high-quality service to grow the existing business customer base while achieving and/or surpassing sales targets.
• Engages directly with Business Banking and Commercial Real Estate Lending Officers to present CRE loan proposals to mortgage banking referral partners and prospective Bank clients.
• Five years of demonstrated and progressive sales and marketing experience relevant to the field.
• Familiarity with commercial lending practices and the lending approval process.
• Proven ability to meet and/or exceed set sales objectives (prior experience in developing new commercial banking relationships is preferred).
• Strong public relations and sales capabilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Well-honed decision-making and persuasion abilities.
• Capacity to establish and maintain an average pipeline of $30 million.
• Anticipated annual loan origination volume between $75MM to $100MM.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, economics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
