Business Development Manager – North PBSA/BTR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue PBSA and BTR opportunities throughout the UK, with an emphasis on individual buildings and smaller portfolios.

• Actively research and engage new operators that align with the UniHomes proposition.

• Dedicate substantial time in the field meeting potential partners within your territory.

• Present the UniHomes advertising solutions, effectively showcasing value, reach, and performance.

• Oversee the entire commercial lifecycle from initial outreach to closing the deal.

• Assist new partners during the onboarding process, ensuring that listings are properly set up at launch.

• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.

• Utilize performance insights and market context to guide renewal discussions.

• Recognize opportunities for deepening or evolving relationships over time.

• Maintain up-to-date CRM records, pipeline activities, and reporting.

• Stay informed on PBSA and BTR market trends, student demand, and competitor activities.

• Represent UniHomes professionally at meetings and pertinent industry events.

• Attend monthly meetings at the Sheffield HQ and make occasional overnight stays as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a field-based sales or business development position.

• Experience in PBSA, BTR, student accommodation, or property portal sales is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable with frequent travel, long drives, and managing a national territory.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.

• Capable of quickly building rapport and developing long-term relationships.

• Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
