This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Meet established sales targets for Lifecycle Services within our Automation Solutions division.
• Proactively seek out, target, and finalize agreements with both new clients and existing customers that present substantial growth potential.
• Participate in a collaborative selling strategy characterized by trust, respect, and open communication among the sales team, field sales, and clients.
• Implement sales strategies with current clients and new prospects to drive quantifiable growth.
• Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients by effectively leveraging advanced lifecycle service expertise tailored to the specific customer application, thereby maximizing sales opportunities.
• Collaborate efficiently within a departmental framework to guarantee transparency of information and cooperation across departments.
• Respond promptly and with urgency to customer needs.
• Generate opportunities from untapped areas—through cold outreach, plant visits, referrals, and networking.
• Market high-value industrial services, including: Conveyor & automation installation and relocation services, Startup, commissioning, and system integrations, Preventive & predictive maintenance programs, Modernization, retrofits, and upgrades, Reliability, safety, and performance enhancement services.
• Lead with insights—identify operational challenges overlooked by competitors and capitalize on them.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract closure.
• Formulate value propositions, scopes of work, and commercial strategies with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with engineering, field service, and operations internally to secure and deliver projects—without depending on them for sales creation.
• Maintain deal velocity and momentum throughout intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of pertinent experience in industrial sales or service business development.
• Strong CRM discipline and ease in managing a self-sourced pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in selling industrial lifecycle services (not limited to capital equipment).
• Practical knowledge of conveyors, palletizers, automation systems, and plant operations.
• Experience selling to operational plants within sectors such as: Food & Beverage, Canning / Container, Intralogistics / Distribution, Home & Personal Care manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Exceptional sales and communication skills are essential.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with a preference for teamwork.
• Above-average interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications/spreadsheets, CRM Systems (Salesforce), and various sales tools is required.
