This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Lead the business development strategy and sales initiatives for HID's range of RTLS solutions and products.
β’ Expand a pipeline of new business while identifying fresh opportunities within existing accounts.
β’ Cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and prospects, gaining insight into their unique challenges.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to formulate strategic plans aimed at acquiring new accounts and use cases.
β’ Provide accurate forecasts for the sales pipeline and successfully close business to meet established quotas.
β’ Assist with marketing initiatives and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in a market-driven sales position that met or surpassed business growth objectives is required.
β’ Experience in the technology sector with a strong ability to comprehend technical product details and specifications.
