This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• This position is a Territory Sales role focused on achieving a sales quota with a comprehensive sales incentive program.
• The Business Development Manager (BDM) represents the Facial Aesthetics product line to selected aesthetic customers within a specified geographical region.
• Tasked with fostering product acceptance and driving portfolio growth through various business development initiatives.
• The BDM offers expertise in technical products and procedures, as well as distinguishing competitive product features.
• Achieving assigned sales targets is accomplished through innovative, consultative selling methods and the execution of the U.S. Sales/Marketing strategy.
• The organization provides flexible career pathways with a significant focus on opportunities for internal advancement.
• The Business Development Manager utilizes Allergan Medical resources to promote the adoption of the Facial Aesthetics Portfolio.
• Collaboratively works and coordinates efforts with other Allergan sales representatives and support teams, including but not limited to facial aesthetics, breast aesthetics, APCs, neurology, topical aesthetics, medical dermatology, marketing, and various Allergan sales divisions.
• Adheres to necessary reporting, requests, and compliance regulations.
• Efficiently manages field resources and assets, which encompasses expense management and oversight of computers and other assigned equipment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in medical sales or practice management.
• 7 to 10 years of overall business experience.
• Familiarity with general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of the operational dynamics within a physician's practice.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Strong analytical abilities.

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to develop and implement key strategies.
