📋 Description

• The Business Development Manager – Control Valves & Automation is a senior, technically focused growth position tasked with enhancing Bray’s footprint in control valves and automation within designated regions, sectors, and strategic accounts.

• This role integrates extensive application knowledge with proactive project engagement, influencing EPCs and end-users, as well as executing structured account strategies.

• The individual in this position is responsible for fostering specification inclusion, broadening strategic key accounts, enhancing AML positioning, and achieving sustainable sales and bookings growth for control valves and automation, while acting as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Functioning as a highly collaborative and team-oriented leader, the BDM collaborates effectively with regional sales, global engineering, product management, marketing, and operations to meet shared business goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (mandatory).

• Over 10 years of experience in control valves, actuation, or industrial automation, with significant application exposure.

• Established experience in engaging with EPCs, consultants, and end-user engineering organizations.

• Proven ability to influence specifications, ensure AML inclusion, and impact front-end project decisions.

• Strong technical credibility combined with commercial and strategic insight.

• Capacity to work independently while influencing cross-functional and global teams.

• Willingness to travel within the designated region.

• A valid driver's license is required, along with reliable personal transportation.

• Must comply with Bray’s Drivers Policy, including background check, physical examination, credit check, and proof of auto insurance.
