This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and present information regarding IS technology and service offerings.
• Solicit and evaluate satisfaction feedback from clients.
• Engage in client stewardship meetings.
• Enhance understanding of customers' business requirements.
• Inform clients about potential technological solutions.
• Identify industries and regions with significant opportunities.
• Manage major accounts actively using CRM systems.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to key or strategic clients.
• Oversee the tracking process for bid proposals and their outcomes.
• Create sales strategies aimed at meeting budgeted sales targets.
• A minimum of 5 years in management roles with direct oversight of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Previous experience in the automotive and/or aerospace sectors is essential.
• Experience in selling technical, engineering, inspection, testing, or industrial services within these industries is highly preferred.
• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Strong time management, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Extensive knowledge of rope access and associated industrial services.
• Comprehensive understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems.
