This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated sales territory within the performance and health sectors.
• Generate your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities driven by marketing efforts.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations while overseeing client trial periods.
• Collaborate closely with Contracts and Client Success teams to manage full-cycle sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly quota targets based on the number of systems sold.
• Effectively manage pipeline activities using CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is advantageous).
• Professionally represent VALD at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
• A background in allied health or performance, such as PT, ATC, S&C, Exercise Science, or related fields.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; preferred candidates will have 2 or more years of relevant field experience.
• Excellent communication skills in in-person, virtual, and written formats.
• Comfort with cold prospecting methods, including drop-ins, calls, and emails.
• Confidence in engaging with professionals at all levels, from students to executives.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Previous field sales experience will be considered only if it aligns with a clinical background and involves subscription-based sales models.
• Commission structure along with an on-target bonus.
