This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take the lead in managing the firm’s partnership and business development initiatives.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-caliber referral partners capable of introducing new clients to the firm, including businesses and communities that cater to entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and oversee a reliable external partner network across various sectors, including professional services, finance, legal, insurance, property, relocation, and other pertinent areas.
• Establish and uphold clear referral procedures, partner agreements, and commission structures.
• Monitor partner activities, introductions, conversion rates, referral revenue, and performance metrics against established partnership KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess client needs and align clients with appropriate trusted partners.
• Sustain active partner relationships through regular meetings, organized events, and networking settings, representing Thomas & Co International with the highest professional standards.
• Contribute to broader sales and growth initiatives as necessary, which includes coordinating opportunities and aiding in strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or relationship management.
• Solid track record of generating leads, fostering opportunities, or contributing to revenue enhancement.
• Proven experience in building commercial relationships with external businesses, introducers, or referral partners.
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms, referral agreements, or partnership contracts is highly preferred.
• An existing network within finance, professional services, private client, investment, or entrepreneurial communities is a significant advantage.
• Background in professional services, financial services, tax, accounting, legal, wealth management, insurance, or mortgage-related sectors is beneficial.
• Proficient in interpreting commercial performance data and reporting against KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Willingness to travel for in-person partner meetings, hosted events, and networking opportunities, primarily within the UK, with occasional international travel as needed.
