This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and seek out new fleet opportunities within targeted markets.
• Generate qualified leads and establish a solid pipeline of new business prospects.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to customer implementation.
• Consistently achieve and surpass new business and total revenue targets.
• Represent neoRide and Neology at industry events, forums, and trade exhibitions.
• Provide valuable insights to the Product team to improve neoRide offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or fleet sales, with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets.
• Proven success in building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Experience in the mobility, tolling, EV, or transportation technology sectors is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a startup mentality and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong adaptability to changing customer and market demands.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
