This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead initiatives for new business development throughout the US market.
• Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the Dairy and/or Food to Go industries.
• Cultivate relationships across various stakeholder levels, including procurement, operations, manufacturing, and commercial leadership.
• Oversee intricate and consultative sales processes from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Generate pipeline activity through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic market engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams in manufacturing, operations, and leadership to provide commercial solutions.
• Sustain momentum throughout extended sales cycles and production lead times.
• Develop and implement territory growth strategies to meet ambitious revenue objectives.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
• Demonstrated success in roles focused on new business sales.
• Proven history of acquiring and closing new accounts.
• Experience in high-volume outbound or consultative sales environments.
• Comfortable managing lengthy sales cycles and intricate purchasing processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently foster territory success.
• Highly driven by commission, growth opportunities, and commercial impact.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, food, or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
