This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Concentrate on business growth within the modular building sector.
• Take the lead in managing current client relationships while fostering new client development.
• Formulate strategies for the sale of modular buildings.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Engage with existing clients regarding future opportunities.
• Conduct market evaluations and competitive analysis.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related sales role within the construction rental industry;
• Willingness to travel by car and/or plane within the designated territory as required.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License.
• Strong prospecting abilities.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and consistently performing at a high level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional sales abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office, the Internet, and various customer databases.
• A BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent experience in sales.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
• Company Car provided.
• Base Salary + Commission.
