This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and assess non-agriculture market opportunities for Bulk RTP across targeted sectors.
• Prioritize opportunities within industries such as food processing, protein and poultry processing, industrial manufacturing, recycling, and automotive supply chains.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to discover new applications for Bulk RTP.
• Generate, qualify, and advance a strategic pipeline of Bulk RTP opportunities.
• Engage with potential customers, distributors, and industry partners to validate use cases and commercial viability.
• Position Bulk RTP solutions as alternatives to wood bins, metal containers, and single-use packaging.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to evaluate product fit, specifications, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Assist in making decisions regarding production location, capacity, and operational readiness for new markets.
• Contribute to the development of new products and applications.
• Support go-to-market strategies, which include product positioning, customer targeting, and commercialization plans.
• Monitor competitive offerings, pricing trends, and emerging technologies in reusable and plastic packaging.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align business development initiatives with company growth objectives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market development in reusable transport packaging, plastics, or industrial packaging.
• Strong understanding of bulk RTP applications and conversion potential from wood, metal, or single-use packaging.
• Demonstrated ability to identify emerging markets and establish strategic pipelines.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product development teams.
• Excellent market analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while driving strategic growth initiatives.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
